Terms & Conditions
These terms cover browsing and using tactech.tech. They are not a services agreement — an actual engagement is scoped and governed by its own separate, signed contract.
Last updated: September 12, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By using tactech.tech, operated by TACTECH LLC (“TACTECH”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This is a marketing website: it describes TACTECH’s services, shows past work, and lets you request a consultation or send a message. It is informational. Nothing published here — a service description, a case study, a figure — is an offer or a binding quote. A scope, a budget and a ship date are set in the conversation that follows, not by anything on this page.
Client engagements are separate
If you engage TACTECH for actual work, that engagement is governed by its own written agreement — a proposal, a statement of work, a contract — negotiated and signed separately. These website terms do not apply to that engagement, do not modify it, and are not a substitute for it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site in a way that damages, disables or impairs it, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
