Audit
We look at what is actually there before anyone proposes anything.
The brief is usually a solution somebody has already settled on — “we need an app”, “we need AI” — and underneath it is a problem nobody has stated yet. So we start with the system as it really runs: what breaks, how often, who absorbs it, which tools hold the same fact in two places, and what has already been tried and did not work. That last one matters most, because it is the part a proposal written from a wishlist always gets wrong.
A clear read on the real problem, including whether it is one we should take.
