Privacy Policy

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to tactech.tech, operated by TACTECH LLC(“TACTECH”, “we”, “us”). It describes what information the website itself collects from a visitor, why, and what a visitor can do about it. It does not cover information exchanged as part of a paid engagement: that is scoped by the agreement for that engagement, not by this page.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. The contact form, the “Book Consultation Call” dialog, and the idea-submission form on our campaign pages ask for your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write in the message, notes or idea fields. Submitting any of them sends that information as an email to us, through EmailJS, and also stores it in our database, through Supabase (see Third parties below for both).

Information collected automatically. On most of this site, analytics does not run by default: if you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load and may collect standard usage data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you interact with the page (Clarity also records session replays and click/scroll heatmaps). If you decline, or never respond, neither loads and none of this is collected. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage so you are not asked again on every visit. The exception is our advertising landing pages (the pages you reach by clicking one of our ads): there, analytics, session recording and the Meta Pixel run by default and no banner is shown. If you have previously declined on this site, that choice is still honored there.

Cookies and similar technologies

The only cookies this site sets are the ones Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel set themselves, and, outside our advertising landing pages, only after you accept the banner. We also use browser local storage (not a cookie, but similar in effect) to remember that choice. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for tactech.tech, which brings the banner back on your next visit.

How we use information

To respond to a message, confirm a booking, or review an idea submitted through a campaign page; to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site and how our advertising is performing, so we can improve both; and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or trade any information collected here to third parties.

Third parties

A few services this site relies on process data on our behalf. Each is linked to its own privacy policy, which governs what they do with it:

• EmailJS: delivers the contact form and booking form as email, directly from your browser. EmailJS privacy policy
• Google Analytics : usage analytics, loaded only after consent. Google privacy policy

• Meta Pixel: measures ad performance for our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, loaded only after consent. Meta privacy policy

These services may process or store information on servers located outside your country, including in the United States.

Data retention

This site has no user accounts. A form submission is sent as an email and, in addition, kept as a record in our database (Supabase) so it isn’t only ever an email in an inbox. Analytics and advertising data, when you have consented to it, is retained according to Google’s, Microsoft’s and Meta’s own retention settings, not ours.

Your rights and choices

You can decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time, as described above. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have sent us (for example, a message submitted through the contact form). To exercise any of these, reach us through the contact form or the booking dialog on this site; there is no other contact channel published here.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this site, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top reflects the last revision; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
